Contestant Requirements:

MUST BE:

- A Canadian Citizen or Resident
- 18 years of age or older
- Contestants must be available to perform at the RBC Black Diamond Ball on Feb 22, 2025, Between 6:30-10:30 pm.
Fairmont Royal York Hotel 100 Front St. W. Toronto.
- You must be able to attend our music workshop on January 31, 2025, at 6 pm at The Pearl, 184 Pearl St, Toronto, ON M5H 1L5. – Contestants moving forward will be announced at the workshop.
- Contestants must post and tag the RBC Black Diamond Ball @blackdiamondballto & RBC @RBC #RBCBDBVocalist2025 #RBCBDBVocalist and use the hashtags#RBCBDBVocalistCompetition #BeforeTheBall2025.
- Conditions apply (conditions link)
- 10 contestants will be moving forward.

THE VOCALIST PRIZING:

- 1st Place - $10,000 (and showcase at the RBC Black Diamond Ball 2025, February 22, 2025, at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel 100 Front St. W. Toronto. Aired on CityTV and Rogers channels).
- 2nd Place - $5,000
- 3rd Place - $2,500

If selected in the top 10 be prepared to send; your image, stage name/name, 2 edited songs (1.5 min each) and be ready to perform. Submit to [email protected] in .pdf format (NOT MANDATORY)

We ask all singers to look professional, stage ready and have your most fab stage outfit!
